| My beautiful 11' 7" brown
bear I hunted in May of 2006. I used 2 shots with a .375 H&H Mag. and
Barnes .270 grain Triple-Shock bullets. My first shot was at about 35 yards, and the second one at 112 yards. |

| The bear was so big that when he walked in the tundra he pressed holes in the ground! | Look at the size and length of these steps in the snow! |

| This is my second shot at 112 yds.
First shot was with the bear standing in the rocks at the right side of the photo, just 35 yds away! |
This is what I looked like to the bear,
and just about how close
I felt to the Bear too! If this was a video you would see my legs shaking! |

| Closing in carefully to be sure of the trophy. | Our camp on the beach, on the nicest day. |

| The front track of my bear with one of my .375 rounds in it. It's a 270 gr. Barnes Triple Shock in front of a whole lot of powder. |
For my larger calibers, like the .375 H&H
and .300 Win Mag, I like a muzzle break and I use my McCoy's shooting armor to reduce recoil. |
| This is a list of the game I have taken so far. |

| You don't have to be a grown-up man to shoot high power. | |
